OOAK Custom-Glazed Black Horse Ranch China Appaloosa Model Horse by Karen Grimm

  
This appaloosa horse was custom-glazed in 2008 by the late Karen Grimm of Black Horse Ranch. Karen was a major model horse collector and also raised live appaloosas. This model is one-of-a-kind, and expresses her knowledge and admiration of the breed. He is traditional scale, measuring about 8.25 inches tall X about 10 inches long and is very heavy. There is the pin-prick chip at the top of the left ear. You have to really look to see it. Otherwise, he is in mint condition. He has been displayed behind glass since then in our smoke-free home.
