Hard to find Franklin Mint 1991 "Scarlet Ribbons" the Christmas carousel horse. Hand crafted in glazed porcelain with hand painted applied accents of 24 karat gold. Horse Statue Crafted in fine porcelain and hand painted by Maureen Jensen "Scarlet Ribbons".

10 1/2'' tall and 9'' wide. These figurines were produced by The Franklin Mint in 1991 and were then discontinued.

They feature re-creations of famous carousel animals. Pre-owned in great condition with no signs of use or wear.
