Very vague, but I do see on the bottom the USA with an A-9 next to it. Measures 13"(tip of tail to end of nose), long, 9.5" tall, 3 wide. I cannot say for absolute certainty who the maker is. The minor issues is Some very faint crazing, nothing major. The shading of this iridescent white Pearl is MAGNIFICENT! Every time I turned it to photograph you see different shadings.
