Offered here we have a stunning fine quality Royal Copenhagen equestrian sculpture. Depicting a standing draft horse, often referred to as the Windswept Horse. Designed by Lauritz Jensen this model was originally modelled in 1912. Hand-painted underglaze in naturalistic light brown/chestnut tones with a white mane, tail, and socks on a soft grey oval ground base.
