He was born on November 16, 1925 in Dresden, Germany, a city well known for its art and culture since the late 16th century. Exquisitely done and in vibrant colors very detailed and in excellent condition measures 11.5" in height bottom has the "Alka Kunst Bavaria made in Western Germany mark.
